• No difference. F or D If I remember correctly is where the TV is made or where it's shipped out of. I called Samsung for this very same question last year prior to my purchase. It's a great TV. GO FOR IT!!

• Hello Peter, the only difference is UN82MU8000FXZA is the manufactures model number whereas UN82MU800DFXZA is the club model number. ^Britt
