Feed a piece of cloths hanger tied to a string through the top hole until you see it through the bottom. Make your bottom hole a little larger in order to see it and pull it through. Tie the string to your end connection of your bundle then feed it through. Once you have done that connect the wires to your satellite or cable box receiver and then to your TV. Once done you can the patch your openings to only allow the cables but do not seal it tight so you have to room for any cable and receiver box movement and also if you plan to move it you can safely pull the cables through with out damaging your wall or the openings of the holes you created. It may be timely and labor some but when you're done you will have a TV mounted with zero exposed cables.
