A:AnswerThis is a flat screen TV monitor with sound. We had a curved screen before, but this TV has a much better look. It also “upscales” regular resolution input, so those old DVD’s and 1080p Blu Rays look great on this 2160 resolution TV.

A:AnswerWe have this TV wall mounted with a big Harman Kardon soundbar wall mounted also underneath. To me it just would not look the same sitting on feet
A:AnswerThe QLED has glare but powers through it with bright pixels. A quality wall mount with some degree of tilt will help. The OLED tv, by contrast, will reduce glare but is more expensive and has the potential to burn in images if left on a channel with a logo or other stationary content for hours. For this reason we opted for the mamouth size of the 82 inch QLED over a smaller and more expensive OLED.

A:AnswerAny HDMI that supports 4K. I think it’s either 2.0 or 2.1. You don’t have to spend a ton of money on monster cables, the cheaper cables work just fine.
A:AnswerI can't answer that with any specific knowledge beyond what is given. It is either 60mhz or 120mhz - and I believe it is the latter. I based everything off the picture quality and how well it handles a lot of screen activity that can actually be seen by the "naked eye". My understanding is that the human eye cannot discern a difference at all on a true refresh rate above 120 mhz. and very little difference at even 60 mhz. The real issue with all UHD TV's is the fact that very little content is available that is in a true UHD. As such, the picture is probably less clear that a standard HD TV for a lot of content being broadcast. That is noticeable on both of the UHD TV's I have. But when you get a true UHD content, the picture is purely amazing.
