“How responsive is the app menu for switching between streaming services? I currently have issues with laggy response time with my Samsung 65” 4K UHD between the remote and TV. Has this been an issue on this model?”

It’s horribly laggy. I thought I was upgrading from TCL but looks like I’ve went way down in quality

There is no lag. You can quickly switch between apps with no delay

If you are experiening slow response to the remote, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu to optimize the TV's performance. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. ^Tim
