Ok, so first let me start off by saying that I was a cable installer for 20 years. 2nd, there should be no issue for you to connect the wifi and a cable box at the same time. The box would connect via an HDMI cable, or component/composite cables. All you would need to do is to switch between the HDMI input and the internet input. The internet input would work on the apps or the internet option. If you are unable to connect both simultaneously, then it might be either a bad cable box, or a bad TV. Also try a different HDMI port to see if there is an issue with the port you are using. I hope this helps.

They should not interfere with each other. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
