Best Buy also sells compatible Samsung remotes online and in stores—just search for “Samsung replacement remote” and make sure it matches your TV model (QN85C). In the meantime, you can also use the Samsung SmartThings app on your phone as a full remote control—it works really well for all the TV’s features.
