“Just bought this TV. Tried to watch a movie on Prime. Got a message that says the hdmi port does not support hdcp 2.2 and cannot play a 4K movie. I thought this was a good 4k TV? The guys that installed it used the e-ARC port. Not sure what to do?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the problem! My Yamaha receiver has 4 hdmi ports, but only port #4 was hdcp compliant. My 4k Firestick was plugged into port #2.
