This was one of the redesigned, thin profile 21" iMacs that use glue to seal the guts and screen to the case---a job I didn't want to tackle. The original Fusion drive was failing and needed to be replaced. Geek Squad refused the job but referred me to a local shop. Cost was around $250 with me performing a boot-time restore from a good Time Machine backup. FYI Fusion drives pair an SSD with a 5400 rpm 2.5" HD.
