Include the adapter? null

You must purchase a SATA/USB cable to transfer your old drive into the SSD. This SSD comes with the tranfer software and it works great.

no it does not. the drive, warranty info, directions, and a cd with some decent proprietary software.

Adapter is not included. It's about $30/$35. The adapter comes with cloning software. The EVO includes software that can only be used with a Windows operating system.
