Yes probably, but it's very difficult to replace the HDD on a Mac mini. The parts are very tightly packed into the case, and you need some special tools to do it. You can check out this website to see how to do it https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Mac+Mini+Late+2012+Teardown/11262 (Make sure that's the correct model of your Mac mini). Hope that helps.
