Technically, yes. It is a standard laptop sized ssd. The issue is that replacing the hard drive in an "All-In-One" PC like an iMac is not easy for those that aren't savvy with DIY techniques needed to take the iMac apart and put it back together properly. Another issue would be warranty. If you did this, it would most likely void your warranty. Another option would be to get an external hard drive kit and throw this drive into that. Then you would have an external SSD that won't void your warranty or make you spend time replacing the internal drive. Hope this helps.
