• my first one had it. But the one I just bought that one did not. But software is free download. The cables are cheap.

• It does not. There are plenty of free and free to try software that would allow you to migrate your data. This drive is meant for internal use but by all means it can be used for external use as well, just need to buy separate USB converter. They go anywhere from $12 to $30 at least the ones I’ve seen.
