As long as the current drive is a standard sized HDD and you are running Windows 10 I would expect so.

Yes it should be, looks like their are variations of the desktop you own that already ships with an SSD. Make sure to use a SATA 3 cable when replacing or upgrading the hard drive to ensure maximum speeds.

Yes, the Samsung Evo SSD is compatible with all desktop computers. You may need an SSD mounting bracket to mount the SSD in your tower

I looked up the specs on your pc and yes, the samsung drive is compatible. I put mine in an 8 year old Lenovo Thinkpad that was only SATA (not 2 or 3 or m.2) and it was noticeable faster than my 3 year old Toshiba SSD. Good Luck.
