• I did a quick search on the internet for replacing the hard drive in the Lenovo IdeaPad 320 and it does appear that this SSD would be compatible. If you're not very comfortable in doing the replacement yourself after viewing videos online or looking at a service manual then I'd recommend having someone install it for you. Best Buy maybe able to do this for you at your local store.

• My best guess would be that it can't. The drive has a full-size power connection and data cable connection. All of the information that I have seen indicates that it's designed for a desktop system.
