Does this work for ps5? null

Ant, The PS5 only supports PCIe Gen 4 drives, so the 980 is not compatible. However, our 980 PRO and 980 PRO w/heatsink drives are compatible with the PS5. - Samsung Memory

No it will not. PS5 only works with SSD’s with PCIe GEN4. Look up PS5 SSD compatibility on search, you’ll find list of it.
