Per the specifications of the Dell Inspiron 13-7353 (https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-13-7353-laptop_reference%20guide_en-us.pdf), it says that it supports M.2 but not NVMe. Since the SSD 980 is an NVMe drive, I do not believe it will work.
