• Are you asking about the ROG strix z590? If so then yes. it will the first drive bay under the CPU mount on the left. The Strix heat sink is the one you want to use. I believe it is the only 4 gen dock on that particular MB. I think every asus 590 except the Prime and TUF models have at least one 4 gen dock
