Questionwhy does my Samsung fast charge blink blue twice then stops when I plug it in? when I place phone on charger no lights come on

- Answer it should blink twice to let you know its working. center the phone on the pad side to side and top to bottom. it will glow solid blue if done right. if it blinks blue the phone isnt lined up right. solid blue when charging and solid green when done. hope that helps...

QuestionHow is this unit (EP-PN920) different than the more expensive Samsung charge pad (EP-3100)? Do both units have fan cooling? Any there other differences? Thanks!

- Answer I am not familiar with the more expensive EP-3100 so I don't know how it differs from the PN920. However, I have several of the PN920 wireless chargers around my house and can tell you that I am very happy with all of them. The PN920 supports fast charging, has no problem charging my Note 9 in its Otterbox phone case, and for some reason is half the price of the EP-3100. Save your money and buy the PN920.
