A:AnswerI got this to work with my Samsung galaxy s9 plus and my boyfriend has the galaxy s7. I wanted to say that this might work but it also might not work with your phone because I have one staying at my moms for her phone and I had her try it. Set it down, wouldn't connect, took off her phone case, still wouldn't connect. I even moved it around hoping it would sense it at a different angle and I use mine with my lifeproof case on with no problems. She has the J3 for reference and it wouldn't sense it for some odd reason and I'm not sure why considering that phone came out in 2017 I'm pretty sure. I hope this helps!
