I bought mine the day the official recall was made. The day before mine was delivered I was told they had delivered 8 of them. I believe they just ran out because of the demand.

This is the single worst washer I have ever used. And that includes my great grandmother's that required you to lift the clothethes thru a wringer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered this new model the day of the recall and it's being delivered on 11/11. I will check the serial number before it's installed. I do not understand why Best Buy site says it's not available until 11/30 unless they ran out since last week. I am going from the 4.2 cubic to the 5.2. My current washer is only 3 years old and I am only getting $256 if I stick with Samsung and $156 with any other brand. I am not going to lose another $100. I happen to like my washer as so I am hoping this does not happen again.
