If your 3D glasses have the screw type battery compartment, the battery is the CR-1620. If your 3D glasses (older style) have a snap open battery compartment, the battery is the CR-2025.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on how old these 3D glasses are. The ones I got in 2013 use the CR-2025 battery. The newer ones use the CR-1620. The snap open battery compartment (older glasses) use the CR-2025. The screw open battery compartment use the CR-1620. Since the newer glasses come with two (2) of the CR-1620 batteries and are rated for the same amount of 3D viewing time, I think Samsung is telling consumers that the CR-1620 batteries have half the expected life of the CR-2025 batteries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For the 5150 series glasses, there are 2 CR1620 batteries with each pair. I would, personally, take them out between viewings, as they can burn out quickly if you just let them sit (I think they are rated for 17 hours of viewing, but just sitting takes away from that time). You can easily find new 1620 batteries at most grocery and drug stores.
