• Have you tried upgrading the software. You can upgrade over your WiFi or directly connecting a land cable to you router/modem. The upgrade will correct a lot of your problems.

• You are not doing anything wrong. This is all part of the marketing hype to prevent you from skipping over certain info that "they" want you to see.
