• Yea, its picture quality gets upscaled. Depending on your internet speed, the final picture wuality is mucb better on this blu ray player due to its upscaling feature.

• I have used it for VUDU and the picture quality is very good. You tube is as good as the quality of the uplink. I have Netflix but have not used it yet.
