Q: Questioncan the shelves on the doors be removed? I read the upper shelves are 17w X 13d. If I remove shelves on the door what would be the available depth (larger than the actual shelf) ? I want to place 19" wide frames of honeycomb in (to kill pest larvae).

Q: QuestionI purchased 3 to be delivered next month. How do you install them next to each other? I found something about brackets, but when I contacted Samsung's CS they didn't know where to purchase or what to do. Can these units be placed side by side without?

• A:Answer I placed 2 side by side and did not attach. The units must be unplugged to clean so attaching would make it difficult to pull out and disconnect attached units in my opinion. The units also need to be a couple inches from the wall. I would ensure there is sufficient electrical for 3 units since a dedicated 110 outlet is needed for each. I was unable to use 3 in my space because the breaker would have been overloaded and I would need to modify the electrical panel, but I plan to to have an electrician do this when Covid spread is less of a concern.

Q: QuestionDo you have to use the door handle or can the unit open w/out the handle? Also the measurement guide shows 2 1/4" to open the door, but Samsung promotes multiple units side by side? If I purchase 3 will one door touch the unit next to it?

• A:Answer You don’t have to use the handle, there is a groove on the side of the door that enables you to open it that way also. You can place them side by side without the doors hitting each other.

• A:Answer Theoretically yes. Each drawer has a shelf above it you can just remove the drawer but it is not adjustable height shelving.
