“Does the 12 cu ft Bespoke fridge with bottom freezer have customizable panels? I want it in rose pink glass but it doesn't seem to be an option. I would buy the panels separately if I could switch them out.”

I'm so excited to tell you, this model is one of the models that is compatible with the BESPOKE line of customizable panels. This means you can mix and match with any of the available panel colors, or you can totally have a pink fridge! Please try again later.Above, Jecca says that this IS customizable, but the Samsung website says this about the panels: "Note: A professional installer is required to remove and install the panels. Only the 4-Door Flex Refrigerator model has customizable panels. Other BESPOKE models are not customizable." I've had 3 Samsung employees tell me it IS customizable and 3 others tell me it is NOT. I really need to know the actual answer before I drop $200 on these panels! C'mon guys!
