Q: QuestionWe just bought a bespoke counter depth 3 door Samsung fridge. We realized that although the majority of the back of the fridge is the right height, there is about a foot in the front with a plastic cover on it. Can we remove it to make the fridge fit?

Q: QuestionBottom freezer drawer - does it open 2 different ways - one by squeezing the latch and the other by pulling the full drawer? Our seems to do the same thing whether you squeeze the latch or pull the drawer. The ice drawers then has to be pushed back.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone else have a problem with the left door staying open? My beverage center door and the door that opens into the refrigerator does not stay open, it shuts on me when I’m putting things away. It shows it stays open in customer photos.

• A:Answer Yes, mine is doing the same thing. And the right door will swing back too fast if I'm not careful. I've wondered if it's still a little out of level? The installer did not level (but was supposed to) so we had to do ourselves. VERY difficult to do so we haven't tackled trying to slightly level some more. Our level tool shows it is level though.

Q: QuestionOn the shelf that has capability of sliding the front half back, how do you slide the front half of shelf to slide under half back of shelf?The fridge is the Bespoke 23cu ft counter delta 4 door French fridge. Samsung support did not help.
