- Answer You have to check on the unit so that the ice cubes don’t gang up on top of each other. Check out the unit at least once a week.

QuestionI have a galley kitchen and its fairly tight. I assume it can't be completely flush with the wall. What is the minimum amount of space between the fridge and wall you can have? (I want to have it as close to the wall as possible)

QuestionI'm looking at the Stainless steel version does that mean the panels that it comes with are stainless steel and already on? Also it shows a ice scoop and "loose" ice. My fridge the ice cubes melt together. Does the fridge have ice that is truly loose?

The refrigerator is equipped with leveling legs and will just adjust the height a few millimeters. The height change will not be very significant to be seen by the naked eye. - Answer I don’t know that answer but will say no handles has been wonderful. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but it’s great. There is less mess easier to clean and very easy to open. Easy recess underneath. I have arthritis so thought no handle would be difficult but it’s not.

QuestionWe bought this fridge about 3 weeks ago, so we can't return it anymore. The regular bag of greens we buy seems to rot much faster than our 20-year-old GE fridge. We are storing the greens in the Crisper+ drawer on the left. Is there anything we can do?

- Answer There are several reasons that this may be the case. If I were to guess I would suspect that your greens are freezing and thawing. If your refrigerator is too full and there isn’t proper airflow that can cause this. If you have kids like mine and they change the temp it can cause this. If your produce suppliers are getting older product that is at the end of its life it can cause this too. Having a previous fungal infection in the drawer can cause this as well. I would start by cleaning the drawers to make sure the spores are gone and then make sure my kids were not changing the temperature. Odds are that would solve my problem.
