Hi Ayish, Thank you for your question about this Samsung refrigerator model. This refrigerator is equipped with a Beverage Center that dispenses water through an internal dispenser or a built-in AutoFill Water Pitcher. However, it does not have an ice dispenser. Instead, ice is made using the Dual Auto Ice Maker located in the freezer compartment. When the ice maker is turned on, it automatically produces cubed ice or Ice Bites™ and stores them in the freezer. To ensure both the Beverage Center and the Dual Auto Ice Maker function properly, the refrigerator must be connected to a main water supply with a pressure between 30 psi and 125 psi. Water line installation kits are sold separately and can be purchased from your retailer. We recommend using a kit that includes copper tubing and a ¼ inch compression nut for best results. Leo
