In these newer models, the ice maker and water dispenser will not operate if the filter is removed, as the system requires a filter to be installed. At this time, a bypass filter or plug is not available for these units.
When connected to a reverse osmosis (RO) system, you may experience low water pressure or no water flow. In such cases, a booster pump may be required to ensure adequate pressure.
