We are excited to respond to your inquiry, Tiffiny. Let us get you the information you need. A small amount of ice in a new fridge is often due to initial setup factors or water flow issues. Since you've only had it for 24 hours, normal production may not have started yet; it can take up to 24-48 hours for the unit to reach the correct temperature and begin full ice production. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes same here. For whatever reason it gets stuck in the back and piles up. Look at the back hole where the ice falls into the tray. You have to give it a good couple nudges for the ice to come forward and fill into the tray. It baffles me too why the ice gets stuck & the load does not release forward. Hope this helps.
