Q: QuestionI've read that this unit has inconsistent temps in the refrigerator section, sometimes warming to 39 degrees. has anyone had that problem?

This model uses two evaporators and two fans to maintain the refrigerator and the freezer compartments completely independent of each other. Q: Questioncan you turn off the ice makers and use that area as storage instead?

• A:Answer Hi there, Yes, you can turn off the ice maker. However, the area cannot be used as storage because it is only designed for the ice maker. Please see the "Turning on or off the ice maker" section on page 37 of the user's manual for reference. Q: QuestionCan the pitcher be removed to then be able to fill a cup/glass with water via water dispenser or does the water dispensing only work with the pitcher?

• A:Answer No. Dispenser fills up automatically when the door is closed. Pitcher presence and fill level are detected by sensors. You cannot fill with door open, but you can always get the model with the beverage dispenser.
