Hi CICI, We appreciate your question about the "Open Box" and whether a warranty is included or not with this Samsung refrigerator model. Open Box means the product has been opened and returned by a customer and is in good working order and includes accessories, manual, etc. Open-box products include Samsung's full manufacturer's service warranty (parts and labor). That would be a question for the sales rep. An open box may, or may not have blemishes; depends on if it were returned or showroom model. They do warrant the item as if were new.
