This model uses two evaporators and two fans to maintain the refrigerator and the freezer compartments completely independent of each other. This allows you to control the temperature of both the refrigerator and the freezer, so it should give you an inconsistent temperature. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not at all. You can customize different areas of your fridge if you have that feature but consistent throughout. I had a party recently and people were in and out of my fridge but it maintained the temp like a champ.
