“What does it mean the side panels and back of the range are unfinished? I plan to leave the left side of the range exposed if possible, since there is an open door way next to it. Also, does this model have an overhang?”

Not sure what you mean by overhang… the sides are just painted black, they aren’t nlack stainless like the face

Though it is safe to leave the sides exposed, many users prefer the "stand alone" models if the side can be seen. ^Jecca
