Q: QuestionDoes this oven allow you to have a recipe that then changes oven temperature as needed. For example, prime rib starts at a high temp for a certain time and then heat is reduced. Does this automatically happen?

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference in Smart Control features and functions between the gas range and electric range?

• A:Answer Sadly, the gas version can never turn on anything from the app. you have to go to the front panel to start the oven or broiler. Once on, you can adjust the temperature and/or cook time but not the mode. I think it's very unlikely, but Samsung could fix this with a simple firmware update. the app already controls the oven and can turn it off. surface element control is not event theoretically possible - they use mechanical valves. But the app monitors them, which is a nice featue,
