- Answer They told me it did but after delivery it does not. Lighted dials were a big reason I bought this model. I called (many hours on the phone). They said if I want a model with lighted dials I have to pay 400.00 more. I am disgusted with Best Buy!!

QuestionI read that a power cord does not come with this so what power cord do I purchase and does best buy sell them? I have never heard of a major appliance not having a power cord so I am a wee bit confused.
