Samsung is wrong. I have this dryer. It needs a 240V, 4 prongs outlet (2 hots, 1 neutral, 1 ground) but can also take 3 prongs (2 hots, 1 neutral). You have to install your own plug as it comes with no dryer plug. There is no such thing as a 120V, 30A outlet, it's not physically possible and not allowed by NEMA, there is NO such plug. As for "30 amp circuit breaker", it just means at your main electric breaker , you need a 30 amp breaker to be connected to this unit, however, it does not pull anywhere close to that limit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got this ventless dryer. It’s awesome IF you are prepared to wait. As for the electrical part, If you have a relatively modern dryer you should be ok, with the electrical part. I had the same issue and had to look it all up. So check your dryer plug and see if it matches this plug. Should be fine
