When the keyboard stops working it could be a bad keyboard connection or loss of internet connection. I check the status in settings. and that lets me know if have to reboot my Samsung Galaxy S5e or not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have had this problem before. I am not sure what causes it? I think it is the alignment of the pin connection? I actually contacted Samsung support and then it suddenly started working again. So far, I haven't had this problem again for a while. But I have found that if I turn off and carefully place on keyboard, it fixes the issue. I suggest contacting Samsung Support if you keep having this problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does but I don't have to reboot the tablet. I just disconnect the tablet from the keyboard's pogo pins and reconnect and it starts working again. Overall it is not Samsung's best product.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the tablet is sitting securely centered in the cradle, so the prongs on the keyboard and tablet are in contact. I'd also make sure you have the latest firmware update installed on the tablet and then restart it. If you have it setup correctly then it definitely should not be disconnecting.
