A:Answer The tablet sits on the keyboard, the connection pins are on the bottom of the Tablet as well as the keyboard. It is secure. I put in my handbag and take with me on the go. Quick set up. I use it for text to speech as I cannot talk. It works perfectly. Good size and easy to set up and use. When you fold it up and close it, you disconnect the tablet from the keyboard. When you set it up, you simply place the tablet onto the keyboard slot and align the pin connection. It folds. Yes, the tablet is held inside of the cover, does not slide out easily. I doubt it would be good to drop it, but my guess is that it will stay in place inside of the cover. I will try to post pictures later. Hope this helps!
