• this is the refrigerator base. You need to buy a panel kit (stainless, black stainless, or work with contractor for panels) to finish.

• To my knowledge this fridge is panel ready meaning you have two options primarily, the first option is to purchase the stainless steel panels or black stainless steel panels for the unit. The second option is to work with a contractor to have them build custom panels for this unit to have it match the rest of your cabinetry.

• We just made the mistake of buying this Samsung fridge- installation is a nightmare!!!! but to answer your question, you have to buy panels no matter what! you choose stainless steel or black steel. you can order your own custom panels from your cabinet maker.
