QuestionI'd like to make yogurt in the lower oven. It needs to stay at a stable 110* for 4-6 hrs. Will this oven keep this temperature? Would the probe be able to work for this?

- Answer Good luck with that. This unit is terrible for holding a consistent temperature. But an Instant Pot. It makes great yogurt and it's easier to use and costs less to run.

QuestionMy oven continues to smell even after having used it a lot and having done a self clean. We've had it for 10 months. Also one of the covers on a knob is distorted (came that way).

- Answer I use the top convection oven all the time for pizza. The prewarm is SO FAST and the cook times are faster to so watch your pizza until you get used to how it cooks.

QuestionIs it true that you cannot use Chef Bake in the UPPER oven? I put a frozen pizza directly on the rack in the UPPER oven using Chef Bake and it did not cook evenly.

- Answer The upper oven uses the fan and the broil heating element, at the top of the oven, to cook instead of the heating element below in the lower oven.

QuestionWhat is the exact width of the back end of oven that has to slide in my space from granite edge to edge? My space from granite edge to edge is 29 1/2" but my cabinets are 30" apart. Will this fit? My Electrolux fit even though specs say 29 15/16" wide!

- Answer No, If you could cover 2 burners entirely then technically yes, but it would not be even cooking.

- Answer There was no charge for delivery or haul away of our old stove. We arranged it ahead of time. We did have an extenuating circumstance, and that may have been taken into account.

QuestionQuestion for Ms. SamsungAt the 2016 CES show, Samsung announced that WiFi capability would be available this spring on select (assume Chef Collection) ranges. They showed pictures of electric and gas ranges with Dual Door. Do you know if the slide-in Flex Duo, Induction range, Model NE58H9970WS, will also be updated with WiFi connectivity and a Dual Door for 2016? If so, will it also be available this spring? Thank you!
