Yes you can but with how the monitor is designed it will also push the monitor closer or farther away depending on up or down. Up pushes it farther away while down will make it come closer to you

Yes! It has a very good vertical range. Also has a a small amount of swivel(left to right)

Yes, the stand has a movable joint that allows the screen to be elevated or lowered with a pretty large range.

Yes you can adjust it. The stand does take up a good bit of space on the desk.
