Would this computer be good to use with a Cricut? null

That's a good question. Unfortunately, Chromebooks are exclusively tied to Google, so the only printing feature is with use of Google Cloud Print. Google Cloud Print will automatically detect a wireless printer connected to your WiFi, and allow you to print from the Chromebook. If your Cricut can connect to WiFi, then I'd think it should be able to work. You might want to look at Google Cloud Print FAQ's, too. I hope this helps!
