Technically yes you could put your photos on this chromebook. I wouldn't recommend it, it will be messy, take forever, and the chromebook itself only comes with 32gb of onboard storage (the same about as the base model of the iphone 7 for storage). If you really want to use this laptop I would suggest purchasing a large (maybe 128gb) micro SD card and basically storing them on that using the slot on the chromebook. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

Login using your gmail account and sync your photos from your camera roll from your iPhone to your Google Photos. Then you can access your photos from any computer as long as you login to your gmail account. I back up my photos to the iPhone cloud and google photos.
