A:Answer Yes, there are free apps available from the Chrome Web Store. Of course most of them have 3 stars and are probably finnicky. I'd recommend buying a trustworthy editor, installing it to an external drive, and go from there. Most video editors I've found for free won't let you save, or won't have the features you want - like splitting, converting, slow-motion, etc.Your best bet is buy a program like CyberLink Power Director 15 for about $60.
