The dock doesn’t work with a case. The case needs to be removed to be able to use Dex.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're using a case any thicker then a cheap TPU you'll have to remove it to use the Dex Pad. The USB-C connector isn't long enough to be used with pretty much any case.

Please try again later.No it will not, no Samsung phone without modifications done to the case will fit in the DEX Dock. the case will also not distribute the heat created from the DEX environment. you can get USB extensions that will work to make this work with a case if you need to. This will work but it will come with some Data instability.
