QuestionMy new house, the refrigerator is located next to the wall microwave and oven which is new to me. Is there any issues that one would need to be concerned about the oven being so close compared to a regular fridge?

- Answer Yes, the refrigerator has an Apple specific app, but the app leaves a lot to be desired and you want to make sure you have a good internet connection in your home as the refrigerator will use your WIFi network to connect.

- Answer So, due to poor connectivity at our house (we get 5 MPBS on a good day, some days don't connect at all.) We have it set up to show the display for only 1 minute when the fridge is accessed. Then the family photo slide show kicks in for two hours. We got a big discount on the fridge, so in effect we only paid an extra few hundred for a photo slide show.

- Answer Seems to be a custom Android, but it does not use any on-line app store that android uses. Can't download new apps or anything yet.

QuestionI have recently purchased a Samsung Curved SUHD TV. Will that TV be able to play in split mirror mode on the Refrigerator? If yes, is there a distance requirement between TV and Refrigerator, line-of-sight etc?

- Answer I have the same setup and as long as the TV and the refrigerator are on the same network, you can mirror whatever was on the TV. You can also, from the refrigerator, turn off the TV and still mirror the tuner...which is nice. You just have to make sure that you have good WiFi connectivity/signal in your home where both the TV and refrigerator are located. I wound up having to place an extension router on the bottom floor of my home to get this feature to work reliably.

- Answer Unfortunately you must replace the refrigerator entirely when you replace it. You can try to modify or update it, but this will void the warranty. The entirely is a core part of this item and cannot be replaced by itself.

- Answer Speaker specs: can handle 1400 watts with max 0.00001% total harmonic distortion. Top notch speakers. You can run your 7.1 entertainment system, TV, stereo, etc through this for great sound. We put ours in the living room to watch tv and listen to tunes.
