Hello DrATL. The Samsung Family Hub app is designed for Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later, or iOS 8.0 or later. On page 54 of your user's manual on this link (https://bit.ly/2JjY7ZN), there's a list of the Apps that will work on your phone. ^Gaby
