As far as training on the hub, I finally got assistance with Samsung support. The staff at Best Buy were clueless about how to use the Hub and fairly rude when I went into the store to ask for help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought it from Best Buy, Samsung has them provide White Glove delivery and complete unpacking and setup at no extra cost to you. When they delivered mine, they removed all the packing materials, properly installed the refrigerator. Then the "Geek" set up the hub, connecting it to my router and all of our phones and calendars. He then showed us how to operate it.
