A:AnswerNo unfortunately it does not. Your phone must have Qi wireless capabilities in order to use this charger. BB doesn't have restocking fees for this item. I think it only applies to cellphones, laptops, tv, etc. after a certain period of time. Restocking fees shouldn't apply on accessories.
